For years, I dreamt of having a small media/creative corner.
Something warm and colourful where I could sit and create – speak my truth.
It took time because life has been so hectic. Then, my home underwent major remedial works which lasted almost a year till a few months ago.
The dream seemed impossible to attain what with other things going in life.
But, finally, I have done it. I now have a corner where I can sit and create videos for my Instagram account and, eventually, realise my dream of becoming a You Tuber.
The moral of my story is that midlife isn’t about winding down, unless that is what you desire.
I am here to tell you that midlife is about tuning in to your dreams from recent years or even further back than that.
There is no expiration date on your ambitions and dreams which are still waiting for you
Now, I just need to find the time to make videos. Wish me luck. Setting up my corner is the first step in actioning my dream.
