‘Do Something Different Today’ is an idea that comes from the ‘Can you be happy in 100 days’ project. I followed it some time back and can vouch that it works. Putting effort into increasing your levels of happiness is a commitment that is worth making. If nothing else it teaches you that happiness is within your control barring, of course, major events such as a death of a loved one.
