A Great Midlife Morning Exercise Routine

While I enjoy exercising, the thought of launching into something rigorous first thing in the morning is a complete put-off. I much prefer a gentler start to the day before the frenetic pace of work kicks in. This is my recommended morning video for midlifers.

The stretch and mobility exercises are simple and easy to follow. It may be termed ‘morning…’ but, in fact, you can do it any time of the day.

The takeaway point is that midlifers ought to stretch and pay heed to maintain mobility through exercises because this helps with your balance and flexibility. Maintaining flexibility aids with muscle and joint health. In other words, stretch and flex to help the ageing process.
